Get found and get contacted
Websites and listing pages that answer the questions you keep answering, with a contact form that lands in your inbox.
Built for a piano studio and a real estate agent
For owner-run service businesses
I come see how your business runs on a normal week, then build the systems that take the repeat work off your plate: the follow-up, the paperwork, the email you could write in your sleep. You keep everything I build.
30 minutes Plain English If I can't help you, I'll say so on the call
The real cost
The work is familiar. Finding time to handle it is the hard part.
The same questions, the same paperwork, the same details copied between tools. Every new client means starting again.
A quote sent, an inquiry waiting, a conversation you meant to pick back up. Keeping track depends on remembering one more thing.
Client details live across email, notes, and messages. Before you can answer a simple question, you have to find the pieces.
Give each of these a home and a next step, and they stop landing back on your desk.
The fix
Most owners can't describe their workflow because they're too busy doing it. So I come to you (in person anywhere in the greater Puget Sound area, or over a shared screen from anywhere) and follow a real week: where inquiries land, how quotes go out, what gets typed twice, what waits on you.
Then I build around the tools you already use. That might be a website that answers the questions you keep answering, a tracker that tells you who to call back, templates that fill themselves in, or AI that drafts in your voice for you to approve.
You bring the business knowledge. I turn it into a system you own.
Getting started with AI
That's where most owners are. You've heard it can save time. Maybe you tried ChatGPT once, got an answer that could have been written for anyone, and went back to doing it yourself. (Fair. It probably was.)
AI earns its keep when it's built around your work: your emails, your forms, your voice, the questions your customers ask every single week. On the walk-through, I'll show you exactly where it would help you and where it wouldn't.
If it fits, I set it up. You don't have to learn the tools, and nothing it writes goes out without your approval.
How it works
Thirty minutes, free. Tell me what's piling up and what a good week would look like. By the end, I'll tell you whether I think I can help.
I spend a few hours with you and a normal week of your work, at your office or on a shared screen. You get a written map: where time and money are leaking, the fixes worth doing in order, and a flat price for each. The walk-through is a flat fee, credited toward your first build.
I build the first fix with your real work, test it, and show you how it runs. Nothing reaches a customer without your approval, and everything I build is yours.
Optional monthly support for adjustments and the next fix on your map. Everything is documented, so you're never stuck with me.
What I build
Every business gets its own mix. These are the kinds of things I build, and where I've built them.
Websites and listing pages that answer the questions you keep answering, with a contact form that lands in your inbox.
Built for a piano studio and a real estate agent
A follow-up tracker that tells you who to call back, with follow-up messages drafted in your voice for you to approve.
Trackers that calculate dates, flag the next step, and keep each client's status in one readable file.
Built for a real estate agent's transactions
Intake forms, welcome kits, reusable templates, and the occasional big letter, like a price change, written once and done well.
A launch plan you can rerun for every new listing, product, or season, plus social posts and newsletters drafted from a quick voice memo.
Built for a real estate agent's listings
A knowledge base you own: your processes, prices, contacts, and writing samples in organized files. You can find things, someone could cover for you, and any AI tool you choose can work from it.
Built for my own household and homeschool co-op
Yours probably isn't on this list. That's what the call is for.
My promise
The work has to be worth doing for your business. I'll look at the problem, the effort involved, and what would actually improve. You'll get one of three answers:
Here's a specific fix, what it costs, and the improvement we'll look for. We'll agree on how to check the result.
A smaller step needs to come first. I'll explain what to put in place before you pay for more help.
The likely benefit doesn't justify the work, or the problem falls outside what I can help with. I'll tell you plainly.
If the honest answer is that you don't need me, you'll hear it in the first thirty minutes, for free. That's the whole deal.
Who you'll work with
You'll talk to me on the call, and I do the work myself. I live in the Puget Sound area, where I run a six-person household, homeschool three kids, and lead a homeschool co-op, all on systems I built.
Before I build anything that contacts your customers or handles sensitive information, I check the consent and privacy rules that apply (I'm not a lawyer, so when your question needs one, I'll tell you). If a project would put you at legal risk, the answer is no.
Questions
The call is thirty minutes. The walk-through is a few hours, once. After that, I build on my time, not yours. You review and approve; you don't babysit.
The 30-minute call is free. The walk-through is a flat fee, credited toward your first build if you go ahead. Every build gets a written scope and a flat price before work begins. Monthly support is optional and quoted separately.
Usually one thing: a paid AI plan, the “Pro” level most AI tools offer. The free versions are too limited for real business work.
The more important piece usually costs nothing: a knowledge base for your business. It's an organized set of files you own, holding how you work, what you charge, your client details, and examples of how you write. Any AI tool can work from it, so you're never locked in to one company. If a better tool comes along next year (one will), you switch and keep everything.
I'll recommend the plan that fits before you buy anything, and I set everything up in your name, so it stays yours.
No. You need to know your business, and you already do. I set up the tools, show you the few things you'll actually touch, and you approve what they produce.
No. I don't take over your inbox. I build the systems that make the work take less of you, then hand them over.
Yes, anywhere in the greater Puget Sound area. Wherever you are, we can also work over video and a shared screen.
I use the least access the work needs, your accounts stay yours, and everything I set up is documented so you're never dependent on me. You can see, change, or shut off anything I build.
It's the reason I do this. You'll never be handed a dashboard and wished good luck. If something needs your input, it arrives as a plain-English question, not a settings page.
Mostly service businesses run by one person or a small team: consultants, trades, designers, therapists, agents, coaches. If yours is different, the free call is exactly where we find out.
